If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us directly so we are able to best assist you. Please include your issue, order number, images of the fault and a short description to hello@mattcauchi.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. In the event you do change your mind, please contact us directly to organise return and issuing a store credit. These requests need to be made within 30 days of your order being shipped.
