If you are based in Sydney and would prefer to pick your order up directly from the Studio, you are more than welcome to. Please process your order as normal and reach out to us at Hello@mattcauchi.com with your order number. We will refund your shipping costs and provide further details on location and pick up times.

For Photographic Editions Prints, you will receive your tracking number and link via email once your order has been shipped.  

For Original artworks, you will be given the tracking number from the courier once shipping has been finalised and paid for.

For International orders, duties and taxes are occasionally incurred on package arrival and are charged in addition to international shipping costs.

Please note that the customer is responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country they are shipping to. Charges differ in each country depending on the regulations.

Matt Cauchi s not liable for any late deliveries caused by local customs or third-party delivery companies. For Australian orders, GST is already included in the retail price.

For Matts original artworks, each shipping quote is custom depending on the size of the work and your specific location. For that reason, we need to manually process your order with a custom shipping quote. Please reach out to Matt directly by either clicking the enquire button, or emailing hello@mattcauchi.com with the artwork title you are interested in and your location. Local pick up is available for Sydney residents.

The Macro Editions Prints will come wrapped in tissue paper and rolled in a mailing tube to keep the print protected in transit. Original artworks are wrapped in protective materials like bubble wrap, foam core or synthetic protection wrap and either boxed or put in a custom built crate depending on the size and shipping location.
